International Trade and Treaties - Federal Circuit Bar Association® Global Series Meeting

Jonathan Spadt, shareholder and Co-Chair of the firm's Intellectual Property Section, moderated the "International Trade and Treaties" panel at the Federal Circuit Bar Association® Global Series Meeting in Madrid.

Jonathan guided a distinguished group of panelists, including Judge Jimmie Reyna of the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, Chief Judge Clark Cheney of the International Trade Commission, Nikolas Purcell of Gowlings WLG and Devin Sikes of Akin Gump, as they explored key intersections between international trade and IP.

Jonathan’s IP and international business experience facilitated a dynamic discussion on topics such as the future of USMCA, recent tariff negotiations and EU leadership changes impacting trade policies worldwide.
