How Gregg Helps Clients

With close to 25 years as a front-line litigator and then as the manager of one’s client’s litigation across multiple forums, Gregg understands how to develop, guide, and execute litigation strategies.

Gregg has a broad range of experience in broker-dealer disputes in FINRA, health sciences litigation in state and federal court, and defending governmental entities in federal court. He specializes in helping clients resolve complex employment-related claims and navigating litigation arising from the workplace including employment recruitment, raiding, and termination as well as privacy and theft of trade secrets issues. Gregg has expertise guiding clients through matters arising from the workplace and employment contracts.

What Clients Can Expect

Gregg works to develop strong, trust-based relationships with clients. During litigation, he keeps clients’ best interests front-of-mind and ensures that clients receive informed, strategic recommendations for decision making. Gregg understands that preparation is vital, both to achieving litigation results and in counseling clients on risks. He will work to distill complex legal issues into actionable strategies that free clients to make informed decisions with confidence. Gregg consistently works to offer practical solutions to complex problems.

I will work with you to understand your broad business purposes and to achieve your litigation goals. If we have to fight, you’ll do so with a clear view of the rewards and risks you are likely to face. If your interests are better protected by resolving the case before trial, I’ll work to achieve your ends prudently and efficiently.
