Ezza represents clients in complex litigation matters. She works closely with the Litigation team to assess risk, develop litigation strategies, and craft persuasive motions and briefs. Drawing on her experience with Pennsylvania courts and her strong understanding of both procedural and substantive law, Ezza delivers practical, efficient solutions that align with clients’ business objectives.

Ezza’s past practice has included insurance defense litigation where she worked on personal injury, property damage, and commercial claims, as well as advised clients on litigation avoidance and claim resolution. Prior to that, she litigated criminal cases as a county prosecutor, handling caseloads in both adult and juvenile court. She approaches every matter with a balance of analytical skill and strategic foresight to secure favorable outcomes while minimizing cost and disruption.
