On Wednesday, May 6, Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney Managing Shareholder of the San Diego office Keith R. Solar served as faculty at the American Bar Association's (ABA) CLE webinar, titled "Desalination and Water Supply." The webinar allowed attendees to learn about current issues in desalination, including the status of various states regarding their use of desalination of water supply, the regulation of desalination and its environmental impacts and technological issues in relying on desalination.
