How Daniel Helps Clients

Danny represents clients in employment litigation matters at both federal and state levels. Prior to joining Buchanan, Danny worked as an associate at a civil litigation law firm in Harrisburg, where he defended employers and other clients in a wide range of legal matters. 

Danny also has extensive courtroom and investigative experience.  Previously working as a prosecutor in both Dauphin and Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, Danny handled a diverse array of cases, notably including murder trials. Beyond his impactful role as a prosecutor, Danny conducted oversight investigations of federal agencies and private entities while serving as Counsel to the United States Senate’s Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations in the District of Columbia.
