6th Annual In-House Counsel Forum on Government Regulation of Prescription Drug Pricing

Edward John Allera will lead a workshop on day five of this seminar, presented by the American Conference Institute.

Allera's workshop, titled "Pricing and Reimbursement for New Products, Therapies and Medical Technologies," will address the evolving roles and shared responsibilities of key agencies in new product development and commercialization; new pre-commercialization concerns in therapeutic development; the role of medical evidence in pricing and reimbursement decisions regarding new medical technologies, products and therapies; and how changes in pricing methodologies will influence the approval and reimbursement of new products and therapies.
