Jackie Gallagher, shareholder in the firm's Labor & Employment section, served as a presenter at the 2021 Council for Autism Service Providers Annual Conference. The session she co-led was titled, "Non-compete; Non-disclosure; and Non-solicitation – What's OK in ABA?" The discussion defined the legal distinctions at a top level of common restricted covenants, reviewed the overall impact on business owners and employees, and analyzed ethical issues and possible solutions.
