How Christopher Helps Clients

Christopher has over 20 years of experience implementing international trade law, particularly in trade remedy under the as antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) laws before the U.S. Department of Commerce. Christopher supports trade clients through analysis of complex financial and sales data. He has served as both an analyst and manager on numerous trade cases covering a wide variety of industries in numerous countries. He also assists clients through legal research and formulation of legal positions for AD and CVD proceedings based on past practice.

Christopher is deftly able to apply his government experience working on high-profile antidumping and countervailing duty cases to current client matters. Christopher has deep experience analyzing complex sales and financial data and applying them to international trade proceedings.

Outside the Office

Christopher enjoys hiking, playing guitar and traveling with his wife Jeanne and their three children.

  • Managed a team of analysts implementing the antidumping investigations on low speed transportation vehicles from China.
  • Wrote the SAS programming language for the quarterly cost analysis used by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
  • Was the lead analyst for the antidumping reviews of certain corrosion resistant carbon steel flat products from Korea.
