Carrie Kochenbach

Carrie Kochenbach represents commercial lending institutions, including major national, regional and local banks. She has extensive experience in a variety of real estate finance transactions, including syndicated loan transactions, construction, acquisition, development, term and revolving loans, mezzanine debt, preferred equity financing, condominium and ground lease financing, corporate lines of credit and credit tenant loans involving virtually every type of commercial real estate collateral.

In a practice spanning over 25 years, Carrie has assisted her clients in the documentation and negotiation of billions of dollars in real estate transactions nationwide of every asset class, including retail and office properties, hotels, multifamily developments, master planned communities, regional and national shopping malls and lifestyle centers and other mixed-use projects, senior living and assisted care facilities and commercial, retail and industrial buildings.

Her work also includes handling secured and unsecured commercial credit facilities, loan workouts, restructurings and refinances for her lending clients.
