Carl A. Misitano

How Carl Helps Clients

Carl is an associate in the firm’s Litigation section. 

Prior to joining Buchanan, Carl practiced in Boston, Massachusetts where his practice primarily focused on representing clients with disabilities and their families.  In Carl’s practice he represented clients in the Massachusetts trial courts in claims involving premises liability, professional liability, civil rights violations, and personal injuries. 

During his tenure at Boston College Law School, Carl served as a legal intern at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office and as a legal department intern with Wayfair, Inc. 

Prior to law school, Carl served in the US Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer.  His service focused on work in naval engineering and small craft combat operations.

Outside the Office

Carl loves to spend time with his family and enjoys any and all outdoor activities, especially fishing.
