Buchanan's Ashley Bruce Trehan Pens Article on the Class Action Fairness Act

Litigation attorney Ashley Bruce Trehan authored the lead article in the American Bar Association's Class Actions & Derivative Suits (CADS) Committee's most recent newsletter. The issue's theme was "10 Years of CAFA," referring to the Class Action Fairness Act enacted in 2005.

Trehan's article, titled "Class Actions 101: A Refresher on the Act that Transformed Federal Class Actions," covers all aspects of CAFA, from jurisdiction and removal to settlement issues.
