Buchanan Welcomes Eight Summer Associates to Its 2016 Program

PITTSBURGH – May 31, 2016 – Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney welcomes eight law students to its summer associate program. The firm’s eight-week program provides first and second-year law students with intense training sessions across practice groups, during which they learn about specific areas of the law, gain practical experience and receive legal writing training.

Below is the list of the 2016 class of Buchanan summer associates:

Pittsburgh Office
Casey Hogan is a 2L at the Duquesne University School of Law. Her Buchanan mentor will be Robert Finkel, shareholder in the litigation section.

Lindsey Holzer is a 2L at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Her Buchanan mentor will be Carla Vrsansky, counsel in the intellectual property section.

Kareemah Mayer is a 1L at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Her Buchanan mentor will be Bethany Salvatore, counsel in the labor and employment section.

Filip Rams is a 2L at the Duquesne University School of Law. His Buchanan mentor will be Duane Stewart, shareholder in the intellectual property section.

Philadelphia Office
Thomas Burke is a 2L at the University of Virginia School of Law. His Buchanan mentor will be Christopher Thorn, shareholder in the immigration section.

Ruba Noor is a 1L at Drexel University School of Law. Her Buchanan mentor will be Brian Casal, shareholder in the labor and employment section.

Michele Ramos is a 2L at Drexel University School of Law. Her Buchanan mentor throughout this program will be Lauren Fox, shareholder in the labor and employment section.

Miami Office
Amanda Kapur is a 2L at the University of Miami School of Law. Her Buchanan mentor will be Jennifer Olmedo-Rodriquez, shareholder in the litigation section.
