WASHINGTON, D.C. – January 21, 2021 – Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney is proud to announce the promotion of Danielle L. Rosetti, formerly the Director of Human Resources and Talent Management, to Chief Talent Officer. In this role, Rosetti will work closely with firm leadership to develop and execute a recruitment plan to achieve the firm’s national growth and expansion strategy.

Rosetti will work closely with Lloyd Freeman, Buchanan’s Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer. Through their leadership, Buchanan will advance the priority to grow in size as well as diversity.

Prior to joining Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney Rosetti worked as the director of attorney recruiting and development at another AmLaw200 firm and practiced law for several years – first as a deputy public defender for the Maricopa County Office of the Public Defender and in the private sector in the areas of zoning and municipal liability.

Rosetti received her J.D. from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and her B.S. from The Pennsylvania State University. She has been a guest speaker at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, the Phoenix College of Law and American University Washington College of Law and has been a panelist for programming at the Professional Development Institute and the American Conference Institute. Rosetti is a member of the Junior League of Washington, the Professional Development Consortium and the Washington Area Professional Development Group. In addition, for the past two years she has chaired the U.S. Law Firm Group’s Committee on Recruiting & Professional Development.
