BTI Consulting Group Recognizes Buchanan as a 'Leading Edge’ Law Firm in Latest Report

The firm was also ranked in ‘Best of the Best for Generative AI’

PITTSBURGH (February 2024) - Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney is proud to announce that BTI Consulting Group (BTI) has recognized the firm in its inaugural “Leading Edge Law Firms 2024” report. The report identifies the 121 firms best equipped to help clients implement strategic change or business transformation. Buchanan was included among the top 33 of the total firms ranked. The report also recognized the “Best of the Best for Generative AI,” and Buchanan was one of only 17 firms listed.

The report focused on collecting the new criteria by which in-house legal leaders judge their potential and current outside counsel. Through a survey of more than 300 chief legal officers, BTI found that legal departments were increasingly focused on finding law firms that serve as the source of new ideas, develop brand new strategies and thinking, bring tech savvy in delivering services, use and understand key aspects of generative AI, and offer creative interpretations of existing rules and regulations.
