Yova Borovska, counsel in Buchanan’s Immigration and Labor & Employment sections, served as a speaker at the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) Central Florida Chapter Annual Conference, held virtually. Yova’s CLE session covered alternatives to the Labor Certification employment-based category for permanent residence. She focused on EB-1A Extraordinary Ability, National Interest Waiver and Schedule A Petitions. AILA is the national association of over 15,000 attorneys and law professors who practice and teach immigration law.
