Pittsburgh Attorney Robert Harper to Present at Mergers and Acquisitions Program

Robert T. Harper, co-chair of the Health Care Section and a shareholder in the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney's Pittsburgh office, will participate in an upcoming mergers and acquisition seminar. "Executive Program in Mergers and Acquisitions: Producing a Positive Return in Troubled Times" is co-sponsored by Penn State Dickinson School of Law, Houlihan Lonkey and the New York City Bar and will be held from May 5-7, 2009, in New York City.

The program will bring together nationally and internationally recognized M&A professionals to discuss the business, legal and market side of mergers and acquisitions for transactions that create growth and maximize value.

On Thursday, May 7, Harper will participate as a panelist in "Drafting the Acquisition Agreement: Pre-Closing Issues, Closing and Post-Closing Issues."
