On July 13, 2015, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) resumed accepting Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing Service for all H-1B extension of stay petitions.

As previously reported, in order for USCIS to timely implement the Employment Authorization for Certain H-4 Dependent Spouses final rule, on May 26, 2015 it suspended premium processing service for Form I-129 H-1B extension of stay petitions. USCIS had intended to resume premium processing on July 27, 2015. On July 13, 2015, USCIS announced that, after closely monitoring its workloads, it had determined that it can resume premium processing service for H-1B extension of stay petitions earlier than the intended July 27 date.

As a reminder, USCIS recently published a new version of Form I-907 and will reject any previous editions of this form.
