The US Hemp Roundtable has done a fantastic job of summarizing pending legislation that could dramatically impact the sale of hemp products in Alabama, California, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, and Texas. I will continue to provide updates as these bills develop and wend their way through the various state legislatures.
