Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney Shareholder Jesse H. Diner recently penned an article in the Daily Business Review that covers the recent change to the American Arbitration Association rules. His article titled, “New Arbitration Rules Advance Process Past Old Roadblock,” discusses how the new rules have affected arbitration proceedings and cleared the path of some of the past challenges.

Diner writes that the new rules have made room for “the ability to be creative in managing the process. Arbitrators can now move forward to resolution where they have sometimes been stymied in the past.”
