We have an opening in our Charlotte office for a Litigation Associate with 1-4 years of commercial litigation experience and employment law experience (management side) in state and federal courts. We have an opening for a Litigation associate in our Harrisburg office.  This is a unique opportunity for sophisticated work in tight-knit office while having all of the advantages of a large law firm.  We are seeking someone with 2-4 years of litigation experience.  Experience with e-discovery and/or work with state administrative agencies is a plus.   In addition to excellent academic credentials and strong research and writing skills, the ideal candidate will be ambitious and highly-motivated.
