Shareholder Dennis K. Moyer, a recent addition to Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney's Real Estate Section, is looking forward to growing his practice alongside the firm's faculties.
"The challenge and goal here is to build up the real estate and finance capability of Buchanan," Moyer told Law360 in an article published January 12, 2012.
Moyer joined Buchanan from Goulston & Storrs's Washington, D.C. office earlier in the month, bringing with him a wide-ranging practice that includes commercial financing, real estate acquisition, development, financing and leasing matters.
"The firm is committed to strengthening its foothold in D.C.," Buchanan CEO and Managing Shareholder Jack Barbour said. "Our integration of financial services and real estate mesh perfectly with Dennis' background in handling commercial financing and real estate from both sides of the transaction."
As noted in a separate article published January 12 in The Legal Intelligencer, Moyer counsels real estate developers, investments, trusts, private investors and joint ventures as well as corporate tenants, government agencies, real estate brokers, lenders and borrowers.
