How Eric Helps Clients

While in law school, Eric interned for the Office of the Attorney General, Financial Enforcement Section, for one year. During this time, Eric drafted objections to debtors’ confirmation plans, on behalf of the Department of Revenue and the Commonwealth. Eric has experience defending clients in private litigation involving alleged violations of the Fair Crediting Reporting Act. To date, he has secured three favorable settlements over claims of FCRA violation.

Outside the Office

Eric lives in Philadelphia with his wife and his rambunctious newborn son. Outside the office, Eric enjoys playing badminton, golf, and biking.

• In law school, Eric served as Associate Editor (2021-2022) and then on the Executive Board as the Executive Symposium Editor (2022-2023).
