Fort Myers, FL - Fowler White Boggs is pleased to announce that Fort Myers shareholder Garey F. Butler has been appointed Vice President of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southwest Florida Inc.

The mission of The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southwest Florida is to create, find, and support programs that directly improve the health and well-being of children in Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Hendry and Glades counties.  Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southwest Florida supports The Ronald McDonald House, The Ronald McDonald Care Mobile, Grants and Scholarship Programs.

Mr. Butler has extensive experience working with retail, healthcare, hotel, restaurant, banking, governmental, and builder clients in real estate acquisition, development and operational matters.  He concentrates in commercial and residential real estate, and represents numerous corporate and business clients.  His practice includes advising on the purchase and sale of land and buildings, and other property rights such as easements and restrictive covenants.  Mr. Butler received his B.A. from Emory University, his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law, and his LL.M. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
