For the second consecutive year, Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney has been ranked in the top 100 law firms for pro bono legal services among the AM Law 200.

The rankings are put together using two key metrics: the average pro bono hours per lawyers and the percentage of lawyers with more than 20 pro bono hours.

The AM Law 200 defines pro bono work as “legal services donated to organizations or individuals that could not otherwise afford them.” They do not include work done by paralegals or summer associates, or time spent on bar association work, non-legal work for charities or on boards of nonprofit organizations.
