Buchanan Noted for Representing Six Fortune 100 Companies in 2008

Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC was named in an August 18, 2009, Corporate Counsel report titled "Taking It Outside: Who Represents America's Biggest Companies." According to the report's description, "We researched the Fortune 100 to find out which law firms they used in 2008 in each of the following practice areas: corporate transactions, torts and negligence, commercial law and contracts litigation, employment and labor litigation, and intellectual property."

The report noted that Buchanan represented the following Fortune 100 companies in 2008: Amerisource Bergen Corporation and Caterpillar Inc. — both in the area of Commercial Law and Contracts Litigation; Hewlett-Packard Company, Lockheed Martin Corporation and Philip Morris International Inc. — all in the area of IP Litigation and Patent Prosecution; and Supervalu Inc. — in the area of Employment and Labor Litigation.
