Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney Names Jacqui Fiske Lazo as Co-Chair of Strategic Development of Washington, D.C. Office

Washington, DC / Alexandria, VA – October 14, 2013 – Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney announced today that Jacqui Fiske Lazo will serve as co-chair of strategic development for the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, along with John P. Warner, shareholder in the firm’s Tax Section, who has been co-leading the firm’s DC office for the past several years.

“This is an exciting opportunity for me to further the firm’s strategy of expanding its presence in the DC Metro area,” stated Lazo. Currently, there are approximately 75 lawyers in the firm’s DC and Alexandria offices. “One of my primary goals is to attract new talent to our firm here and build on our existing capabilities with the wealth of experience that our lawyers and government relations professionals have in this market,” she added.

Jacqui Fiske Lazo focuses her practice on commercial real estate development and governmental representations. She is a past member of the firm’s Board of Directors, and she is a current member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers. She is recognized in US News & World Report’s Best Lawyers in America®, and was named a 2013 Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers.
