In his practice he readily assists clients with the development, management and implementation of comprehensive political and legislative strategies in support of their public policy, legislative, regulatory and procurement objectives.
In June 2024, Randy was elected to the Board of Directors of Team Pennsylvania. Co-Chaired by Governor Josh Shapiro, Team Pennsylvania is a statewide public – private partnership focused on accelerating Pennsylvania’s economy. Team Pennsylvania is the state’s trusted neutral broker and convener who leverages collaboration and strategic investment of public and private funds to foster a more prosperous future for Pennsylvania. Team Pennsylvania tackles the issues that no one sector can address alone to position Pennsylvania as a leader among states and a competitor among nations, maximizing impact for the commonwealth while creating equity and economic opportunity for all Pennsylvanians.
Randy is also a Board Member for the PA Chamber of Commerce and in that role, he serves on the Economic Competitiveness and Leadership Committee (ECLC) for the PA Chamber Foundation’s Keystone Initiative. The initiative aims to create a private sector led long-term economic strategy for Pennsylvania. This effort will be led by the ECLC, a group of Pennsylvania business leaders who will be the developers and guardians of Pennsylvania’s economic competitiveness strategy. ECLC members will take a leadership role in shaping Pennsylvania's future and ensuring that the perspective and priorities of their employer and sector are well represented.

As a member of Pittsburgh’s delegation, Randy collaborated with Harvard’s internationally renowned faculty and influential leaders from thriving cities across the country, sharing insights and best practices designed to help foster cross-sector collaboration to improve prosperity and propel communities forward.
