How Keith Helps Clients
Keith is a member of the firm’s Labor, Employment, Benefits & Immigration Section. He focuses his practice on a wide range of labor and employment matters. Keith defends clients against claims of wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, unlawful harassment, and hostile work environment. Specifically, Keith defends large clients in the retail, corporate, health, and higher education spaces. Keith has litigated several cases involving allegations of employment discrimination and has facilitated successful results for clients through his reasonable and methodological approach. Keith also counsels colleges and universities on Title IX investigations and conducts internal investigations of alleged employee misconduct, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Additionally, Keith has successfully defended Fortune 500 companies in complex discrimination cases brought in federal court. Keith also regularly counsels clients on various matters concerning compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
During law school, Keith served as a Judicial Extern for both the Honorable Mark A. Kearney in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Honorable George A. Pagano in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas. He also served as Chairman of the Villanova Law Moot Court Board and was a two-time national quarterfinalist at external Moot Court competitions focused on employment and immigration law. Additionally, he served as a teaching assistant for Villanova Law’s Legal Writing I & II Curriculum.

Outside the Office
Keith enjoys spending time with his wife, family, friends, and miniature Australian Shepherd, Kylo. When Keith is not in the office, he likes playing volleyball, trying new restaurants with his wife, and listening to music—he has even recorded some original songs.
