How Claire Helps Clients
Claire’s practice focuses on representing U.S. manufacturers on a range of international trade issues by advocating on their behalf in antidumping and countervailing duty investigations, sunset reviews, administrative reviews, and scope proceedings at the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission and on related litigation before the U.S. Court of International Trade and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. She has also secured wins for clients in Enforce and Protect Act investigations at U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and she has experience advising clients on the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA). She has represented clients in a variety of industries, including metals, downstream steel products, and consumer goods.

Outside the Office
Claire is a proud native of Western New York and often laments the nearly snowless winters she now experiences in the Mid-Atlantic. She can most frequently be found outside the office with her black lab mix, Eva. She also enjoys fitness classes, weight training, and cocktail tasting at D.C. speakeasies.
