Cindy Hinkle serves as inside counsel for the firm. She handles requests for information from the firm, engagement letters, conflicts of interest, waivers, and compliance with the American Bar Association’s rules of Professional Conduct. Additionally, Cindy assists in completion of client security risk assessments, training and development programs that educate attorneys and staff regarding professional responsibilities and ethics, and guidance to firm administrators regarding ethical obligations and client confidentiality issues, particularly in the areas of hiring new attorneys and external communications.
Prior to her current role as in house counsel, Cindy practiced as a litigator in civil, commercial, employment, oil and gas and toxic tort/asbestos litigation matters before federal and state courts and several arbitration forums. Cindy is also a member of several of the firm's practice groups including: Trade Secret and Restrictive Covenants, Commercial Litigation, Securities and Products Liability. She has represented private and publicly traded companies in the metals, energy and natural resources, technology, retail and industrial sales, health care, real estate and financial institution industry groups.
While in law school, Cindy was enrolled in the trial advocacy program, and worked as a clerk for the Honorable Thomas O’Neill, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Cindy was honored by her peers when she was selected to be on the 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Stars list.
