How Carly Helps Clients

Carly focuses her practice primarily on the representation of health systems, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and other health providers in a variety of transactional, corporate governance, employment, compliance, and regulatory matters.

Carly also counsels clients in data security and privacy to help them navigate the compliance challenges of HIPAA and HITECH Act.

Carly has authored a number of articles and has presented on the expansion of artificial intelligence in the healthcare industry, highlighting the legal and ethical implications providers must consider when implementing artificial intelligence into their respective practices. In 2024, she was recognized as a Pittsburgh Business Times "30 Under 30" honoree.
