How Rebecca Helps Clients

Rebecca counsels clients in both real estate/real estate finance projects and multifaceted sustainable infrastructure projects.

On the real estate side, Rebecca handles transactions including the acquisition, financing, development and leasing of multiple real estate property types. Her diverse experience representing clients within the healthcare and senior living, multifamily, retail, hospitality, and financial services industries, among others, provides her the unique ability to identify opportunities that advance her clients’ goals while also anticipating and then mitigating the challenges that impede projects. In her sustainable infrastructure work, Rebecca assembles a team of firm energy attorneys to assist wind, solar and battery storage industry clients with the full lifecycle of transactions, including site control, permitting, regulatory compliance and investments and financing.

With more than 36 years of experience, Rebecca has the knowledge to advise on deal norms, recognize trends and market issues that are critical to a successful deal and bring together all aspects of the transaction in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Consistently selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America®, Rebecca is proud of her long-term client relationships and contributions to projects that are important achievements for her clients and the communities they serve.

What Clients Can Expect

Rebecca generates client confidence and long term relationships. She goes the extra mile to understand a client's business, anticipate issues before they become roadblocks and ensure that each transaction reaches the finish line. She is the type of person whose clients become friends and the type of lawyer whose friends become clients.

A client recently remarked that, had it not been for Rebecca’s pragmatic and experienced help, their transaction would have taken months longer than it did.

Outside the Office

When not working, Rebecca likes to be outdoors as much as possible. She tries to fit hiking and skiing into her schedule, and now has a few small but very active grandchildren who keep her on the run.
