Donald B. Reynolds, Jr. focuses his practice on tax and business planning, financings and acquisitions for a variety of businesses, including both closely and widely held entities. Don's clients include mortgage companies, real estate brokerage firms, engineering firms and real estate developers.
For more than a decade, Don has represented the largest privately-held real estate brokerage firm in the country in virtually all of its significant acquisitions and financings. In addition to the brokerage business, the client's subsidiaries operate mortgage, title insurance and casualty insurance businesses.
Along with his transactional work, Don also specializes in tax planning for partnerships, limited liability companies and S corporations and is a frequent contributor to tax publications and tax conferences.
