How Vanessa Helps Clients
Vanessa is a skilled litigator with extensive regulatory and government oversight experience. Her practice focuses on representing businesses, business owners, executives, and other individuals in business and employment lawsuits.
Vanessa previously worked as an Assistant General Counsel with the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Office of the General Counsel. In this role, Vanessa supported the FBI’s Criminal Justice Information Services Division. Her work included coordinating litigation matters involving the FBI’s biometric database and providing guidance regarding data sharing and security. She has significant experience with immigration and Freedom of Information Act litigation. Prior to joining the FBI, Vanessa was an Assistant Public Defender in Harrison County, West Virginia.
