Based in the Philadelphia office, Rolfes represents management clients in a variety of labor and employment matters. His experience includes the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, including interest arbitrations for police and fire personnel; grievance arbitration; unfair labor practice proceedings; unit clarification petitions; and union representation elections.
