Steve Cline’s experience includes complex commercial and business litigation matters, contract disputes, real estate disputes, partnership disputes, insurance coverage, premises liability, and foreclosures.
He handles closely-held corporate and partnership disputes, dissolution actions and UCC matters. He represents clients in all state and federal courts throughout Florida as well as arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association. He also represents clients such as regional and national businesses, banks, lending institutions, home owners associations, and condominium associations.
While in law school, Steve competed in numerous Moot Court competitions for the University of Florida throughout the country. He was a research assistant for a criminal law professor and a teaching assistant for an appellate advocacy professor.
Prior to law school, Steve was a claims supervisor at GEICO.
