Law, Chair of the Board, and CEO of the Firm has been inducted into the NAIOP Tampa Bay Chapter’s Hall of Fame.  Ms. Law is a former president of the NAIOP State and Tampa Bay Chapters and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Tampa Bay Chapter. In addition, Ms. Law has received numerous recognitions for her creation and operation, over 20 years, of the Tampa Bay Watch Program – an award winning monthly program which brings government and agency leaders together with the NAIOP membership.

Ms. Law has more than 30 years experience in Government, Environmental, Administrative & Land Use representation.  Rhea’s practice has grown to include representation of some of the largest mixed use development projects in the State of Florida.  Her representation of developers, landowners, governments, businesses and industries has covered a full range of permitting, entitlement, approvals, and policy creation and implementation.  Martindale-Hubbell has given Rhea its highest rating (AV).  She has received the highest rankings by Legal Elite, Super Lawyers, and was inducted into the inaugural Hall of Fame for Legal Elite in 2009.  In addition, she was just tapped by Best Lawyers as the 2010 Tampa Lawyer of the Year for Land Use & Zoning.
