Steve focuses his practice on debt financing transactions, representing both borrowers and lenders in syndicated and bilateral credit facilities. Steve's financing experience includes secured and unsecured lending, syndicated transactions, asset-based financing, construction lending, export financing and acquisition financing.

Steve prides himself on being detail-oriented, efficient and easy to work with. As a Marine Corps veteran, Steve cherishes a good challenge and is always willing to go the extra mile to get his client’s deals over the finish line.
Outside the Office
Steve is a Pittsburgh native and currently lives north of the city with his wife and two young children. Outside the office, Steve enjoys spending time with his family, cooking and traveling. He is also looking forward to having his daughter and son join him on future camping and fishing trips.

- Assisted in serving as counsel to a borrowing group consisting of affiliated cable companies in connection with $75 million secured term and revolving credit facilities used to refinance and consolidate existing debt and finance working capital needs.
- Assisted in serving as counsel to administrative agent in connection with $69 million secured term and revolving credit facilities used to refinance existing debt and finance working capital needs.
- Served as counsel to lender in connection with $8 million asset-based facilities, including an export-related facility supported by a working capital guaranty from the Export-Import Bank of the United States.
- Served as counsel to lender in connection with $20 million construction loan for residential conversion project.
