Shareholder Jeremiah G. Garvey and associate Jennifer R. Minter —Corporate Finance & Technology attorneys at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney's Pittsburgh office — will be featured speakers at The Western Pennsylvania chapter of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals' (NASPP) November 18, 2008, meeting.
The two will discuss the impact of the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act on Executive Compensation and provide an update of developments for the 2009 proxy season.
The meeting will be at the Allegheny HYP Club at 619 William Penn Place in downtown Pittsburgh. It will begin at 8 a.m. with a continental breakfast and networking. The discussion will start at 8:30, followed by a question-and-answer session. The event will conclude by 10.
