Robert T. Harper, a shareholder in Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney's Pittsburgh office and co-chair of the firm's Health Care Section, was noted in the November 11, 2009, edition of Penn State University's Daily Collegian on account of his participation in Dickinson School of Law's  forum, "Lifting the Fog on Health Care Reform: Policy and Transactions," which took place Tuesday, November 10. The program consisted of a panel of law, business, health and policy experts — including fellow Buchanan professionals Ronald E. Chronister and George A. Huber — who discussed the status of policy reform and assessed its impact on the business community.

As noted in the article, titled "Dickinson panelists discuss health care," "Besides health care policy, the program explored business issues that may arise as results of reform. Robert Harper, an attorney at Buchanan, Ingersoll, & Rooney, said that whatever measures are introduced by reform, insurance companies will adapt to remain profitable."
