Philadelphia, PA, February 17, 2011 — Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney congratulates Sherman W. Smith III, counsel in the firm's Philadelphia office, for his recent recognition as one of the tri-state area's top African-American attorneys, to be published in the March issue of The Philadelphia Tribune.

Attorneys were selected by their peer groups, including Barristers and the National Bar Association Women's Division.
