Pat concentrates his practice on the administration of estates and trusts, the taxation of estates and trusts, uncontested and contested Orphans’ Court matters, estate planning, post-mortem planning and tax-exempt organizations.
Prior to joining Buchanan, Pat spent close to two decades as an associate at a mid-sized Philadelphia-based law firm gaining comprehensive experience administering high-net-worth estates and trusts in Pennsylvania and other jurisdictions. His experience includes preparing federal estate and gift tax returns, state estate and inheritance tax returns, federal and state fiduciary income tax returns, court accountings and informal settlement agreements for estates and trusts.
