Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney Shareholder Charles L. Potter will present at the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Natural Gas Conference on Monday, August 25 at the Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel. His presentation, “Estate, Gift Planning, and Choice of Entity,” will provide attendees with an overview of the current estate and gift tax issues facing owners of interest in oil and gas and provide planning solutions for those issues. Potter’s presentation will also cover the various ways that interests in oil and gas can be held and highlight the best structures.
