How Nathan Helps Clients
Nathan Kennedy has over 10 years of experience in the title industry providing clients in the oil and gas, solar, and commercial industries reports and outlines of risk to enable clients to make informed decisions. To support the client in making these informed decisions, Nathan reviewed, analyzed, and interpreted various laws, policies, and regulations, as they applied to the acquisition of the subject interest.
Immediately prior to joining Buchanan, Nathan worked for a large national bank direction the termination and distribution of fiduciary accounts in coordination with internal bank partners and external parties. He provided risk mitigation by reviewing past administration of fiduciary accounts taking necessary corrective action during the closing process to limit liability exposure. By maintaining open lines of communication, and managing expectations during the closing process, Nathan quickly established himself as a closing officer who could handle the difficult accounts.

Outside the Office
When not working, Nathan spends his time with his wife and sons. He lives an active lifestyle and enjoys traveling and exploring new areas.
