How Nadiia Helps Clients
Nadiia Loizides focuses her litigation practice on business and corporate matters.
Prior to joining Buchanan, Nadiia worked at a small Delaware firm where here duties mostly concerned contractual and corporate matters. She has assisted in cases pending in the Delaware Court of Chancery, the Delaware Superior Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
In 2015, Nadiia graduated magna cum laude from Widener University School of Law, Delaware, where she ranked in the top 5% of her class. In law school, Nadiia focused on business and corporate law, as well as intellectual property. She externed for the Chief Magistrate Judge Mary Pat Thynge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware and worked as a research assistant to the Acting Dean Erin Daly. She also served as an Articles Editor on the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and Vice President of Programming of the IP Society.

Outside the Office
In her spare time, Nadiia enjoys playing piano and composing arts, history and horticulture. If she had not become a lawyer, she would have been an archeologist.
