How Michele Helps Clients
Michele concentrates her practice on the representation and counseling of management with respect to all types of employment-related disputes, including matters involving allegations of wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, unlawful harassment and hostile work environment claims. Michele also assists employers in developing and implementing employment policies and handbooks in accordance with state and federal employment laws.

Outside the Office
When Michele is not working, she is usually catching some waves. She also enjoys sampling varied cuisines, traveling and staying active.
