Donze, Senior Vice President for Medical Affairs and Medical Direction of The Occupational Health Center at Chester County Hospital.
Jackie will discuss Pennsylvania law, different options employers may have, what has happened in other states as possible precedents, what employers should consider when crafting a policy, and the possibility of the U.S. Supreme Court weighing in to reconcile the federal-state disconnect.
