Lindsey takes pride in the accomplishments of her commercial developer and commercial property owner clients, whose projects have shaped city skylines. Her practice focuses on protecting clients’ interests during the acquisition, redevelopment and sale of commercial properties, where she is trusted to negotiate and draft purchase and sale agreements, commercial contracts, finance documentation, and key real estate closing documents. Additionally, she supports long-term operations through lease negotiations and reviews.

As a native, Lindsey’s extensive experience in Pittsburgh allows her to provide thorough due diligence, enabling stakeholders to anticipate opportunities and mitigate challenges that may cause unneeded delays and expenses. Vital to the success of each project, Lindsey relies upon her proven process and actively communicates with her clients in an easy-to-understand style that has been called relatable, authentic and direct.
Outside the Office
Born and raised in the Pittsburgh area, Lindsey is proud of her hometown and its unique social setting. Now a resident of the City’s “Strip District,” she is a regular at the area’s different workout studios and can often be found exploring new cafés and coffee houses.
