- Serves as lead counsel for the media defendants in the class action In Re: FTX Cryptocurrency Exchange Collapse Litigation involving the fall of the cryptocurrency exchange FTX currently pending in the Southern District of Florida before the Honorable Michale Moore.
- Serves as lead counsel to the Receiver for In re Kinetics arising out of a $45M investment fund based in Florida where the SEC charges fraud and misappropriation of investor assets against an investment manager who allegedly siphoned assets for individual use and real estate in Florida and Puerto Rico.
- Serves as lead counsel to the Receiver for In re Property Income Investment arising out of a $20M investment fund based in South Florida where the SEC charges fraud and misappropriation of investor assets against a real estate investment company who allegedly siphoned assets for individual use instead of investing in real property.
- Successfully represented a multi-billion-dollar, global financial services wirehouse in a nine-figure breach of contract and tort litigation against an insurance company alleged to have improperly terminated “trail commissions” to broker-dealers in connection with certain guaranteed minimum income benefit products issued to clients, securing an eight-figure settlement for the client.
- Prosecuted breach of contract and FDUTPA litigation in the Middle District of Florida against national defense subcontractor resulting from wrongful termination of multi-million-dollar contracts between the parties. Reached settlement of $16.5 million in favor of defense contractor client.
- Represented cryptocurrency exchange in litigation involving alleged fraudulent securities offering in token offering, resulting in successful settlement paid in cryptocurrency.
- Acted as lead trial counsel of major U.S. airline, obtaining federal jury verdict in a premises liability claim at the Orlando International Airport. Currently represent Greater Orlando Aviation Authority regarding tort based claims at MCO.
- Currently serve as counsel in in the Southern District of Florida insurance coverage litigation involving billion dollar losses sustained from misappropriated aircrafts located in Russia at start of Ukraine/Russia conflict.
- Successfully represent Florida nursing homes, home health agencies, telehealth providers, and assistive living facilities in Chapter 400 litigation cases involving various tort claims and claims arising under Florida’s Wrongful Death Act. Represent healthcare companies in agency actions involving the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration.
- Successfully represented a multi-billion dollar investment wirehouse in FINRA arbitration regarding employee claims of discrimination.
- Served as lead counsel in an American Arbitration Association action involving a 7-figure breach of contract over misappropriated PPP funds. Represented medical supplier and negotiated favorable settlement.
- Successfully litigated breach of contract involving a Software-as-a-Service contract, negotiating a favorable result for global software firm.
- Work with major Florida university to handle all construction defect litigation and breach of contract issues with vendors.
- Served as pro bono counsel to a Florida inmate in a 1983 use of force proceeding in a jury trial in the Middle District of Florida.
