How Kelly Helps Clients
Kelly concentrates her practice on traditional labor and employment matters. She has extensive experience representing employers during contract negotiations, grievance arbitration, and unfair labor practice charges. Kelly has also represented employers in litigation before administrative agencies as well as federal and state court.
Prior to joining Buchanan, Kelly served as an Associate City Solicitor for the City of Pittsburgh. In this role, Kelly handled labor-relations matters for the City’s largest collective bargaining unit. She also provided guidance on municipal law and a wide-range of legislative matters.
